Pistache Pelado » Pastel de Chocolate de Microondas

Desde Instructables nos enseñan a hacer uno en 5 minutos o menos … bueno quiza unos segundos mas, pero se ve muy rico.

Necesitamos primero los ingredientes:

Un Microondas
Una taza de cafe de ceramica
4 cucharadas de harina para pastel.
4 cucharadas de azucar
2 cucharadas de chocolate amargo en polvo
1 huevo
3 cucharadas de leche
3 cucharadas de aceite
3 cucharadas de chispas de chocolate
vainilla, canela para darle sabor.

Los pasos que a continuación les enunciamos son para una taza de pastel de chocolate:

Agrega todos los ingredientes secos y el huevo a la taza.
Combinalos bien hasta que tengas una mezcla pastosa uniforme.
Agrega la leche y el aceite y mueve hasta incorporarlos.
Agrega la vainilla o las chispas de chocolate.
Metelo al microondas por 3 minutos a 1000w, o a 4 minutos en 700w. Consulta el manual de tu horno microondas para saber la cantidad de watts que emite y como configurarlo para lo mismo.
Comenzara a levantarse de la taza, pero eso es esperado.
Dejalo enfriar … y a comer!
